General

Worked as part of a business consultancy project for AI Athletes, an AI-supported coaching concept for individual athletes. Through competitor analysis, interviews with athletes and coaches, the Behaviour Change Wheel [2], and the Business Model Growth Map [1], the project reframed the product toward a lower-barrier service model for individual users in the Dutch market.

Contribution to PI&V

  • By exploring a potentially viable commercial path for a new design concept, I began to understand how business can amplify and compound the impact of design over time.
  • I came to understand that UX design should not only serve the individual user experience, but also help align products with a broader vision and business goals.

Involved Expertise Areas

  • B&E: value proposition reframing, Business Model Growth Map, service modularization, market positioning
  • U&S: athlete and coach interviews, COM-B analysis, Behaviour Change Wheel application
